EFT Healing Training organized by CHDW in cooperation with “Lions Club of Kathmandu, Haratimata” supported by ABILIS.
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a method some people use to help manage emotions and troubling thoughts. They may also use it to lower their stress and anxiety. EFT is commonly referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. EFT uses the fingertips to stimulate energy points in the body. Gary Craig, the master brain behind EFT, reveals that the treatment sprung from the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.
EFT isn’t only effective for helping couples; it can also be beneficial for treating individuals with a range of mental health challenges, such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. It can also be helpful for families to resolve attachment and communication problems.
